Emergency Repairs

To assist you in the event of an emergency repair please refer to the following information and contact details.

Emergency repairs
this includes all of the following:

burst water pipes

blocked or broken toilet

serious roof leak

gas leak

dangerous electrical fault

flooding or serious flood damage

serious storm, fire or impact damage

failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply to the premises

failure or breakdown of an essential service or appliance for water or cooking

fault or damage that makes the premises unsafe or insecure

fault or damage that can likely injure a person, damage property or inconvenience you

a serious fault in a staircase or lift or other area that inconveniences you in gaining access or using premises.

An emergency consists of a life threatening matter or an incident which will cause damaged to the property if not actioned immediately.


All other maintenance requests are to be lodged on the PropertyMe tenant portal or by email to ManagementNT@email.propertyme.com
